Thank you for visiting my site. My sincere passion and love of plants and gardens began in the large country vegetable garden I created when I was thirteen. I was fortunate that my family owned one of the premier tropical greenhouses that specialized in interior container landscaping. My design and horticulture degree and years of hands on growing and buying experience were extraordinary.

Adding great diversity to my life, I spent years in the financial business as a member of the Chicago Board of Trade as a US Government Bond Options Trader which included being an Associate Director at Bear Stearns Company. My philanthropic endeavors lead me to chairing a Fine Arts Museum and a Decretive Arts and Garden Museum.

I have visited hundreds of nurseries and botanical gardens throughout America and Europe along with exploring the Central American jungles. Now I am back in the sweet spot of my life doing what I love.
